The hotel offers spacious rooms with a very nice bathroom and a great selection of breakfast options. The Orchid Room with its magnificent orchid display is a must-see. However, dining options may not meet high expectations.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms with the KLCC Twin Tower view were magnificent, but the inconvenience of changing rooms affected my stay. The service was friendly overall, but I encountered some inefficiencies with certain staff members. The location had its ups and downs, being close to some attractions but also having some setbacks. The dining experience had its highlights and low points. Facilities were decent, with both positives and negatives.
The hotel offered good value for money with superb and comfy rooms. Although clean, we noticed a small brown stain on the bedsheet, which was a bit off-putting. The service was outstanding, with surprise gestures for special occasions, but there was some confusion with the itemized bill. The location was quite convenient near the subway, although a bit complex to navigate due to surrounding roads. The dining experience ranged from average to subpar, except for the cured meats. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor hiccups.

As a Platinum member of Marriott Bonvoy, I was delighted with the spacious and very comfortable junior suite at the hotel. The rooms were not just big but also kept impeccably clean. The service was simply amazing with very attentive and polite staff; they even offered free transport to some city locations by small buses. However, the location was a little out of the main action, complicated for walks, and there was noise and pollution from city traffic and construction in outdoor areas. The dining experience was the best I've ever had in my travels to various countries, with options catering to everyone. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed during my stay.
